David M. Anapolle, MD

Dr. David Anapolle
Dr. David Anapolle is a Fellowship trained, Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery in patients of all ages.  Dr. Anapolle also holds a Subspecialty Board Certification in Orthopedic Sports Medicine. Only a small percentage of Orthopedic Surgeons currently hold this Subspecialty certification.  He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.  He is a founder of the Jersey Shore Ambulatory Surgery Center.  As a Team Physician for the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies professional hockey team and an Orthopedic Consultant for the Stockton State College Athletic Department, Dr. Anapolle has treated numerous elite athletes in a competitive environment.  He also provides personalized care to local athletes of all ages.

Dr. Anapolle received his undergraduate Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in 1984.  He went on to complete his Medical Degree at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School in 1988.  He completed his Internship and Orthopedic Residency at the Seton Hall School of Graduate Medical Education in 1993.  He then completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT, where he worked with team physicians for the US Ski Team.

Dr. Anapolle has been in private practice since completing his training, joining Pace Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in 1998. He resides in Linwood with his wife and three children. In addition to caring for patients of all ages in the South Jersey community, he enjoys spending time with his family, water sports and skiing.
